We want you to love your ZAVÉA order! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be in original condition with tags attached
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Return Email us at support@shopzavea.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
